After reviewing the restore process with the Plugin Repo team, we have changed how restoration works.

At this time, we do not recommend using a restoration script. Rather, we recommend the following:

#1. Create the new WP site.
#2. Add the Xcloner plugin.
#3. Upload the Xcloner backup from the development site to the root level of the new site.
#4. On the new WP site, login and select Site Backups > Restore backups.
#5. Select the file you uploaded and follow the prompts to complete the restoration.

We are in the process of updating our documentation for this now.

Hello and apologies for the delay. We were doing a code review and addressing some other issues.

However, a new version is out today. We’ve specifically addressed the Backblaze bug in the latest release from this morning. Please try version 4.4.3 or later.

Please note that the BackBlaze storage settings now have a Bucket ID fields that we suggest you complete.

Just FYI, I am experiencing a similar issue with https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/watchful/. New release committed about 5 hours ago, still not showing up in the public plugin page. If you don’t mind, I am not going to create a new post yet as this may be a common problem.

Hi there. Please clear all the fields and then Save. After verifying that the fields were saved empty, re-enter your credentials.

If you still get the error, please send a screenshot. Also, have you tested the FTP credentials in a separate FTP client recently?
