However, the photos are now too big for the boxes?

They get cut off now despite modifying the dimensions of the code you provided.

I wanted all images to be 325 x 125

I resized all the photos to be same dimensions and they keep on readjusting their own size?

The issue is that whenever I upload images now also they resize to much larger formats and I cannot modify them to be same dimensions, they only scale proportionally.

Never mind, I added a margin-left in the custom css editor and that did the trick.
