Hello, sorry for posting on this board but I can’t find where to post a new question or thread anywhere!

I have an Amazon Affiliate question as well. I’m trying to post the Native ad in a blog post but WordPress is not saving the code or showing the ad. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

How do I just prevent my posts from truncating? Is there a fix for that?

Hi, I have done that already and it is set to full text not summary.

Per I Heart Radio, “For episodes, we pull our description from the <description> tag in the RSS feed. …I’m seeing the episode descriptions getting cut short, so we are simply matching what is being provided to us… The show will need to include the full episode notes in the description tag in order for the full notes to appear on iHeartRadio”

Hi, I’ve asked them several times and they’ve tried to troubleshoot but have concluded, as well as I Heart support, that the issue is somewhere with my themes or description Meta that are truncating the posts, so only a snippet of my notes flow over.

Where can I go on WordPress to ensure my posts are showing full posts?

Thanks for the response. My web designer installed a Gravity Forms plug-in for the contact form. Does yours work in conjunction or are you saying to delete that one and install a new one? Can I insert: spamshieldcontact someone on the existing form??

Hi Ruben, I use Simple Share Buttons Adder and Simple Social Icons. Please let me me know your thoughts. It seems to be an issue when trying to post Instagram photos recently. Do you know how to convert an Instagram photo to jpeg? Maybe that can be a temporary fix.

Hi, actually I was going to e-mail you today because the problem has been happening for the last several days. Unless I add: ?p=123 to the permalink then I will get that error. It will work if I revert back to the default permalink setting, or if I add the ?p=123. I never know if I’ll get the error until I publish first then I have to go back and manually change the permalink. If you have any other suggestion I would appreciate it. Thank you again.
