thank you for your answer. The only theme that is installed is twenty twenty. I uninstalled the rest for the check and the only plugin that is active is Health Check & Troubleshooting and Jetpack von WordPress.com. I tried the trouble shooting mode of the HC Plugin as well. As soon I activate Jetpack, the error 200 will appear.

Any other ideas? I think it is something with the port. Is Jetpack able to use another port than 80?

In the end of the plugin (HC) for Jetpack is a field:
Connection Tests

thank you for your quick answer, but the result is the same. The error is still there. In the properties of wordpress, you can see under jetpack:
Server Variable HTTP_HOST portmapper.myonlineportal.net:1995
Server Variable SERVER_PORT 1995

So that should be finde. Any other ideas?

So I deactivated Jetpack, because I need the page running.
