dear wordpress please delete this plugin if u cant allow to use @

users give 1 star rating and you have blocked my main way to communicate with them and tell them how to use

with this blockage i am only accumulating 1 star rating and the plugin is going to be killed eventually so it is better to not waste my time on this

this user did not click on regenerate button probably just waited few minutes.
how plugin will regenerate when you are not clicking.

either allow to use @ or delete this plugin. i simply waste lot of time and you guys are adamant to kill this by blocking @

just open any image in browser and replace .jpg with .webp and you can see your generated webp images but you should tweak your theme code to serve webp images as img tag are by default will serve jpg images and to include webp you have to use picture tag. [redacted]

@anevins how it is small issue. we clearly said that it will not work in localhost here is link then also this guy is damaging our reputation. https://imgur.com/a/JMUIGef i expect u to be neutral from both side. developers are not criminals who are treated badly and they have to bear the burn for all wrong doings of users

He tried in localhost and in our readme we have clearly written than it will not work in localhost as images are sent to remote server for optimisation. we are appealing to wordpress to remove this review as it is clearly stated in readme that plugin will not work in localhost and so this review is wrong

1000 image per month is free and its rollover. if you used only 500 in one month then balance wil be carried forward to next month. there may be some issue which caused this error. to sort out these types of issues only we have added dedicated chat support 24×7.this button is near compress all. it is really surprising that instead of clicking that button or instead of rasing support ticket you gave one star. No problem its ur view.
We would be happy if you would have shown error so that we can solve that unknown bug if any.

@treestrees we are removing that email change notification in next version, the purpose was good. plugin stops working once the email registered with us and your email does not matches. we thought it will be good as it will start working again after just one click but we were wrong and removing this. thanks for reporting

@marianita2016 did u review wrong plugin ?? we never said that we resize thumbnails. please update so that if we have mentioned somewhere that we resize thumbnails we will edit/remove that line.

click bait options to buy pro version : we have developed the software and we know the different options so we show basic information and nowhere buy button can be found in popup. your statement is not correct
animation is too much : our plugin works just after activation but people where confused where to activate so few animations are there
useless information : you can read previous review. those options are much useful for people and i guess it may not be useful for u but we design plugin for all people
where to click to regenerate thumbnails: Huge blue button you cant see means you are one in million
it does not work : you are simply interested in lowering the rating. your almost all statements are wrong.

Above all we process images in cloud and server cost is huge. if you cant help atleast dont damage reputation. your tags shows your real intention and for whom you are here

hello, even wordpress does not generated animated thumbs as noone wants animated thumbs. we have released one update and now u can regenerated animated thumbs. we can revert this update as we are not in favor of animated thumbs so pleaxse regenerate all thumbnails as soon as possible

hey we can see this jpeg quality bugs. we will be releasing one update. By default it chooses intelligent quality means algorithm decides best compression quality for each images so we advise dont change plz but it should work and we are fixing this.

Apart from this intelligent crop decides the best thumbnails size. for example if you have 1024x800px images and you are generating 100x100px thumbnails then the full area may not represent right thumbs. for example some celebrity photo. in that case intelligent crop will choose face instead of full photo. we are tweaking that feature at our end so we have disabled manual selection by our users and we feel that, at our end we decided better than users selecting manually. did you notice one more feature, center , top and bottom option in listing of images?? you can decide where the focus of images is.

@anevins sir that is the real problem that we dont know the problem. if we know the problem we can solve but if we dont know how to solve that. we were completely hopeless so i started this thread but seems i voilated some policy and will be marking this as resolved.
