What I was saying is that you should change the theme (temporally) just to test and see if it is the theme that is conflicting with the plugin.

Sorry, I should have explained. the code that I put here is the code that will redirect the user to a different page. You have to create that page and put that page’s url in the place of the example.com url in the code that I showed you.

Another thing I would try is switching your theme to the default one that WordPress provides and then test the form. If the form works the way you want with the default WordPress teme. Then it is the theme your’re using that’s the problem.

Have you tried ending your if statements?

The page that you set as the homepage for your site. Just edit that page and add the url to the appropriate field inside of your page editor where it indicates for you to do so.

Here is what you do.

The page that is blank.

1. Look for the page template name.
2. From there go to the editor in you WordPress admin.
3. Search for the name of the template.

Take note of the template file that it is connected to the page template name and from there you should be able to make the edits you need.
