I’d use Google Pagespeed to test my website. The result shows that removed unused CSS, and it’s from the Post Views Counter plugin.

I uncheck both checkboxes. It is still working, and no error on the console tool.
However, every time my home page load, it will load dashicons.min.css.
I’d tried multiple browsers incognito windows, such as chrome, edge, safari.

Is there any way to disable the dashicons CSS while I don’t use the icon?

I’d unchecked both and it still appeared “removed unused css”.
…css/dashicons.min.css?ver=5.7.2

I’d disabled the cache plugin and clear the browser cache.
