In reply to: [Weather Atlas Widget] Installed without issue, but DOES NOT appear on page!Hello again,
Hmmm…. then it seems the problem is on your website,
perhaps some interference with another widget?
Maybe you can disable other widgets for a second – just to test this possibility? It’s not a problem for us if you use another widget, but we’d like to help you fix this issue anyway.

In reply to: [Weather Atlas Widget] Installed without issue, but DOES NOT appear on page!Hello teleguy53,
Thanks for using our widget, and for the detailed report on your issue.
We’ve checked, and our service runs fine,
but as a precaution – let’s test if there’s an issue with the specific location. Can you please run two tests:
1) place shortcode in a text on the home page
[shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2372139]2) change city to default in location dropdown (New York ~ New York, USA)
(and then we’ll see if the widget shows up in either cases)

No hay problema.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Weather Atlas Widget] Traduction to spanish with errorsHi crelma,
1) Spanish translation has been fixed.
Thanks for notifying us.2) There’s a jquery error on your page, preventing the weather widget to function properly. The weather info is OK, but the option for changing a weather location is not working.
3) Since you’ve used widget’s transparency option, we’re thinking of placing a link to your site as one of a live demos (if you fix the js error and not use added icons /includes/icon/ ).
Only one question: The link you have sent us – is it only for developing or it will remain as a permanent link?

In reply to: [Weather Atlas Widget] Issue with pluginOK,
at the moment we’re under DDoS attack, so there’s a temporary problem with a service, but it will be sorted shortly.
In the meantime, I’ll mark the issue as solved, but you can still post here or send us an email.

In reply to: [Weather Atlas Widget] Drop down city doesn’t appearHi,
that seems to be the problem, as browsers are blocking receiving JSONP from HTTP for HTTPS sites. We’re working on sorting this issue in a matter of days by migrating to HTTPS.
(you don’t have to do anything on your side)
