@johnfotios : Regarding the design, I used the theme “X” (available here: https://theme.co/x/), and I customed it (fonts, colours, etc.).

It is a very practical template because you can custom a lot of stuffs, and I have hardly change the code.

I hope this answers to your question

    Thanks for your feedback @miroslav.

I decided to put the dash because I think it’s easier to read the brand name that way, especially when it’s a consonant next to a vowel.

    But I also redirect weballiance.fr to web-alliance.fr.

I also decided to use the dash for the english version of my website : https://www.web-alliance.com/
As you can see, this website has not been redesigned yet but I am working on it with WordPress!

I hope this answers to your question.

In my opinion, I would also remove the “Alexa rank” section in the Footer, as it is not really in the trend of 2014’s websites.

However, if you want to keep an eye on your Alexa Rank on a personal level, you can download “RDS bar” plugin on Mozilla, which will allow you to watch the Alexa Rank of your blog, as soon as you’re on it.

Here is the official [link moderated – please tart your own topic to present your site], if you want to look at the design.

    Hi,
What do you mean by ”All my searches converge to Akismet, but I don’t want to pay for an activation key” ?
The activation key for Akismet is free, you just have to register with your e-mail, and once you have your API key, you can use it for multiple sites.
I’ve been using Akismet for years on over 50 websites, and while the occasional “Great post! Thanks” comment gets accepted, all “Get your free Cialis today” comments are automatically rejected.
    Hope this helps,
    Daniel.
