Hey Tim,

we were getting that message before the upgrade. Tried deactivating and reactivating, that didn’t work, tried turning off all the other plugins (not many!) and still no dice.

I wonder if the issue is at the NOAA — reason, because when I try to click any of the RSS or XML feeds, they say “page not found”. Do you think they may have changed the feed urls and put them on a new page?

Update: apparently the post status and category are fighting each other. If I try to re-set the category, it knocks the post status into Scheduled. If I change the Scheduled back to Published, it knocks it out of the category.

If that wasn’t so fascinating, get this: I can’t select a bulk amount of posts and change the status — it won’t work. I’d have to do them one at a time.

And yes, I tried doing a SQL update to change the categories and status.

Well I just discovered that even using another plugin, I’m getting the same problem. It’s a WordPress or hosting issue. Sigh….

I use Contact Form 7 a lot for other sites, but for this one it has to be easily editable by the client. That’s why I wanted to use this one. It’s a great plugin, I just can’t figure out why it’s being so troublesome when it was working great until i got to the end!

Think I should just abandon hope and get a different plugin?

All the other plugins were already disabled right off the bat when the problem initially surfaced — and I tried switching to the 2014 and 2012 themes too, before I even came here. Of course, I just tried switching again, just hoping for a miracle, but nothing changed. Still getting the same debug report.

Yeah, and it’s the same. I can’t save any setting, can’t set up a new form, can’t change a field.

I’m at a loss.
