Если вы хотите использовать кириллические и латинские ссылки на вашем сайте, то это не очень хорошее решение для SEO. Вам нужно конвертировать все ссылки на латинские, чтобы не возникало подобных проблем. Но я на вашем месте бы полностью отказался от транслитерации, если вы уже начали вести сайт на кириллических ссылках.
Наш плагин не виноват в том, что он не удовлетворяет ваши потребности. Вы могли бы просто задать вопрос на нашем форуме, будет ли плагин выполнять работу, которая требуется для вашего сайта. Или могли просто написать в службу поддержки за помощью.

The bug with redirections has been fixed in the latest version of the plugin. More than a year in the plugin hung notice that we refuse shortcodes [insert_php]. Now you can enable support for old shortcodes on the plugin settings page, they are disabled by default.

You can enable support for old shortcodes in plugin settings. Enable the “Support old shorcodes [insert_php]” option.
Try updating the plugin to version 2.2.3.
