In reply to: [IDB Support Tickets] Email Notification Not WorkingHi,
Same kind of issue…
When a user submit a new ticket => ok, the user receive a confirmation (“your ticket is received”) BUT… the admin should receive a notification like “Hello a news ticket is submitted” or “A new answer is submitted” … but none of theirs are sended ??When the admin create an answer to the user =>ok, a notifaction is well sended to the user “An answer is posted on your ticket”.
When the user answer => No email. Neither for user nor admin ??
And my customer said “Why don’t you answer to our tickets” … ??
(And I bought the Pro Version too)

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Add / edit button links with Tiny MCE not workinghmmmmm,
It’s strange, because after verification, some others personal client’s wordpress site with WordPress SEO + Tiny advanced MCE work fine…
In those sites, the last release of WordPress SEO fixed well the issue of CSS in the link edit window.
Strange…

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Add / edit button links with Tiny MCE not workingHello,
Thanks for the post.
I’ve tried this :– WordPress SEO disabled first
– check if links button works : yes
– disabled TinyMCE advanced
– check if links button works : yes
– activated WordPress SEO with TinyMCE advanced disabled
– check if links button works : no ??
– reactivate TinyMCE advanced
– check if links button works : no ??
– disabled WordPress SEO
– check if links button works : yesYes, it’s a conflict between TinyMCE advanced and your great WordPress SEO.
I can’t survive without WordPress SEO ?? …
Thanks for your patience.
