Same problem here. Even if it is a theme problem you should fix this as if you made a change to this part, the theme devs should know. It doesn’t seem like a theme related problem at all. Saying for us to buy the Premium plugin just so you can fix a problem seems like a dumb move to make.
This was working fine before so it’s something after version 14.0
I think this is a page order number as this doesn’t happen in all pages event though they sometimes belong to the same parent page…
