If you wish to upgrade your WordPress package you will to ensure that you are logging into your WordPress admin panel, which you can do from your Web Hosting management section in your 123-Reg control panel, and using the option within there to upgrade to version 3.3.

If this is causing you any issues or errors, please do use the 123-Reg Support site to raise a support ticket and one of our hosting support team will be able to look into this further for you.

Hi Kaz,

If you follow this guide it will point your domain name to the hosting package, then when the DNS has propagated you will be able to view what you have uploaded.

The issue seems to be resolved, can’t see any error on https://www.phillshaw.co.uk when I visit via the browser.

The domain is with 123-reg.co.uk.

However the hosting where the blog is actually located and running from is with rackspace.com.

You can contact Rackspace in order to obtain the details you mentioned in your post.
