someone asked about the CSS to hide. You can use display:none to hide it. Just paste into your custom CSS area and hide it. Note: It is not a fix, but a workaround to save being annoyed by it.

I dont agree. ￡99 i pay Gravity for everything and whilst it is a totally different thing, is much more capable and complex. I paid ￡39 for something which does no more than the free version. Total waste of money! I have ended up wiping the db and starting again as this program did a terrible job of migrating. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I submitted 3 forms via your website, none responded to. I have liaised with you in the past and found you quick, so was surprised no action this time (when I needed it).

I continue to have issues. Two sites (both running Avada) fail to operate using original or updated shortcodes. I had to restore 2.9.4 and disable auto-updates to avoid problems.

*NOTE: I have three other sites using v3.0 with no problem, but they are not using Avada. They are using Flatsome and it’s fine.

If you hosting provider is unwilling or unable to change these permissions for your website, we really only have on piece of advice: get a different host. We have a long list of large and reputable WordPress hosting companies with whom we have great relations that you won’t have this problem with.

unhelpful, nonsense. How about another piece of advise.

lots of people suffering problems and rather than troubleshoot problems properly (or test before releasing) they blame others … the arrogance of it.

I am suffering this also. It sends a test mail OK but it keeps moaning about an address not being verified, yet it shows in the list within this plugin as being verified. If I close the warning, it just returns.

The URL’s are accessible even if defined manually in the edit access settings

I have this hierarchy

It’s weird. It kind of works on some pages and not others randomly and I see no logic. I have removed pages, re-added them, removed the edit access role completely and re-set but I get different results each time.

It’s not cache issue as I am testing incognito mode.

UPDATE: I can see what the issue is.

This is not inheriting the pages within a parent. My hierarchy is as follows

student learning
– kup grades
– – belt meaning
– dan grades
– – page 1
– – page 2
– – page 3 etc

I had added student learning as a page in the access conditions and I had set the option ‘Auto-select new children of selected items’ in settings. I assumed this meant all ‘child’ pages of the selected page would be included. They are not.

I also tried adding kup grades and dan grades to see if it was an issue being parent / child / child but doesn’t work

e.g

BUT the next one, a child of kup-grades is accessible:

I will test and update this ticket with any advise which might help others. I am running WHM/CPanel servers. I will just point domain to same server, add it as ‘domain alias’ into CPanel and leave it set to load the public_html directory.

Sad to see someone comment on here with no response. I add to it, as I also have an issue. I am currently restoring from Amazon S3 backups.

My advice to anyone and everyone, do NOT install Amp for WP on a live site. It’s clearly got issues and has broken my site and deactivating plugin / uninstalling it does not solve the issue.

As it’s 3 months on since the original post, I can’t offer Chris anything, but I can warn any new people who are considering installing it.

blimey, what do you expect for free? What’s more sad is how you give a good bit of software 1 star for trying to make a living. Get a grip, stop being so tight and blow the dust off your wallet and pay a reasonable price for a handy bit of software …. This looks like a well coded and useful bit of software.

why can’t this be an option in the settings?

if the form fields are all that is required for a job, wouldn’t it be easier to make this an optional field e.g allow file upload as a type in settings, so you can choose to add it or not?

surely this would easier, otherwise hard coded edits get overwritten.

I am using a custom permalink e.g /%category%/%postname%/

If i set this to standard postname, it works. Can it work with my custom permalink?

?? yes, after I sent it in I realised that might be the case.

I enabled it and it’s working fine.
