By all means this is not a WordPress issue per se. What I can advise is that you revert to your old cPanel, then create a staging site, and then create a copy of your website on the staging site.

Now do the cPanel migration on the staging site. test out everything and get all the stuff to be working correctly. only then can you move the live site to the new cPanel

Is this a new site or it’s been up and running? You did not provide enough information to help us understand your problem. Could you provide more details?

In the meantime, try to check that your domain’s DNS settings are correct. You get DNS settings from your web host.

It appears like a user access issue with your host. Have you tried to open a support ticket? I doubt that this is an issue with the WP installation itself.

What you’re describing isnt hard to achieve if you’re using a block theme. You can build a custom template, all in the site editor, without even a page builder. if you know your way around the Site editor (FSE), this is easily achievable.

“or do I need to edit the php file or something”…definitely, to achieve that functionality, you’d need to write custom functionality in the functions.php file. Packaging that functionality into a plugin is a smarter move.

For instance, I would like to enlarge the input fields for name and contact, change border color and radius, and also make some changes to the send button.
