No problem. Thanks for clarifying it all for me.
Cheers!
Hello Ivan,
We used cxswatch Scanning on the server.

Thanks!

Hi Umesh,
OK thanks for linking that file with the contents.
This: Universal decode regex match = [universal decoder]
Is what came back from a deep scan of the files to scan for known malware or PHP vulnerabilities. It just gave a warning, but I am assuming from what you have showed me that this is a false positive warning. I will disregard.
Thanks!
Hmmm strange. When I install a fresh copy via the Add new Plugins I still see that code there. Can someone confirm that that code is legitimate please?
Thanks!
This is in the file contents:
[ SNIP! ]
A site was hacked and there were a bunch of suspicious looking files that came up.
I don’t think this code belongs in there.
I am going to delete WP Smush it and RE-install a fresh copy of the plugin and then check the file.
Thanks!

Hi there Jeremy,
Thanks so much for the answer. Makes total sense and I will pass the info along.
I really appreciate your speedy reply!
Hi Viktor, thanks for the heads up on the database entries. I will have a look. There are a few other sites I manage that have this plugin and I want to remove it from each site so there are no issues. I did see the htaccess items on the one site and have removed them, but will look at wp-config. Are there any specific entries I should look for?
I apologize if I came off rude above. I just could not believe the pat, useless answer I got from iThemes. It left a very bad taste in my mouth!
Well after ZERO help from iThemes after being told to upgrade or that the only ‘support’ was offered through this forum I rolled my site back and deleted this damned plugin. I won’t be using it again after such crappy ‘customer service’. The transition to iThemes and resultant lack of support does not make me want to become a customer. All the best!
I just posted about this on your Tracker system
https://code.smackcoders.com/wp-csv-importer/issue/4/wp-ultimate-csv-importer-plugin-unable-toHi Héctor,
We got it to work with some custom CSS.
In case anyone wants to style the posts with thumbnails only, you can add this code into a custom.css file and place in the root of your theme file:
.widget.popular-posts li { display:inline; padding:0; margin:0; background:transparent; border:0; } .wpp-post-title { display:none; position:absolute; left:-999em; } .widget.popular-posts img { width:90px; height:90px; margin:0 5px 5px 0; display:block; padding:0; border:0; max-width:none; float:left; }
Hi Héctor,
That’s totally fine. Just let me know what the cost would be as I am doing this project with a friend and I’d have to know what the cost would be.
I appreciate you taking the time from your schedule to look at this post and to answer.
Have a great week!
Hi Héctor,
Thank you so much for your reply.
Even if I hide the text, how would I display the images in 2 columns with multiple rows? If this is a sort of customization you could quote me for I’d be interested in getting a quote from you.
Thanks!
Is there any way to get support for this plugin? If payment is required please tell me how much it would be.
In your plug-in description it says:
Use your own layout! Control how your most popular posts are shown on your theme. But I can’t find instructions to control how the posts are shown in my theme.

In reply to: Feedburner feed not validatingJust a note to say I fixed mine. W/ blog not on home the feed URL needed to have the /blog/ in it to burn correctly!
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Feedburner feed not validatingI am having this same issue with trying to burn a feed in WP 3.1 on a client site. I have permalinks enabled and I can pull the feeds when I use this URL: https://domainname.com/feed/rss/ and manually enter that into the web browser. It will not validate in Feedburner though and there are only 2 very small posts, so it’s not a size issue. Does anyone have a workaround? I tried to validate this feed through W3 Feed Validator and get the error
Sorry
This feed does not validate.
*Server returned HTTP Error 404: Not Found
The blog is not on the home page, but on a different tab named “Blog”.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
WG
