Please note that I manage multiple WordPress website and I do need to use WP Forum to ask for technical support from time to time. And it can be very stressful not being able to leave an important comment.

No worries. I performed a complete wp deinstallation on my website and after reinstalling everything, all templates and pages were working fine. I also updated sc, so not sure which one fixed the issue.

I you took a week to respond on the WP support, I can imagine how long you would take to respond a support ticket on SC website. But I appreciate the response.

ThanksMy question was: How can I use the Query addon to retrieve product categories so I can display them as a carousel? As I explained in my previous post, Taxonomy Archive block CAN’T be converted to carousel. Is there any documentation, tutorial, or article about this? I haven’t been able to find anything.
