So, if I understand it right, then I should add both hreflang to both sites if I have two sites?For instance, if I have a swedish site and an english site then I should add both sv-se and en-us to both pages?

Also optimized the tables now, but it still seems to grow quickly. Over 400 files in about 30 minutes.

Yes, I found out the problem. Can’t remember what it was, but I think it had to do with me changing host and the newsletter didn’t move to the new server.Forum: Plugins

Yes, it seems the page is beeing cached, but my host is telling me there is some scripts and css that are using old timestamps, and these are probably cached somewhere.For example (this plugin is now removed):

But I believe there are more of these timestamps that are adding some trouble.
