I think I have this pretty much running as needed. There are 2 issues I still see.

1) When approving or deleting a submission, the script is taking forever to execute. I have seen it take well over a minute to either approve or delete the post. I wouldn’t think this is normal.

2) After a user submits the form, the next page displays in mid-page; the acknowledgment message is at the top of the page, and not seen, so some people are resubmitting the form. Can the acknowledgment page be centered at the top of the page instead of the center?

The title issue is resolved. I had added a custom field for the title, thinking it would automatically become the post title.

A new post made in the standard method is viewable with no problem. Permalinks were set to the second option; if I change to the first option, the preview then works in the TDO submitted posts. I have made no changes within the htaccess file.

Even with the suggestions you made for moderation, when viewing a list of unmoderated posts, clicking the delete option takes forever to process, yet the post doesn’t delete. If checking the box to the left, and clicking the delete button below, it again takes forever, then actually deletes the entry.

I’ll experiment further and see if there are options I’ve overlooked.
