Yes “Remove local backup” is unchecked

My default pth is not a default one but it works (when no email destination is set up)

Solved !
I had a copy of the site on another server so I updated all extensions and woocommerce on this one and there was no error.

So I reinstalled woocommerce 4.0.1 on the site in production and the error disappeared. For the moment I keep on with WordPress 5.3.2.

Yes, forgot to say, I tried that as well but even with the default storefront theme the error is still there.

Here it is below
This is for the local test site (local)
the error message is exactly the same on the site in production

The only difference is the woocommerce local Version 4.0.1 vs woocommerce live Version 4.0.0

So I guess the error dates back to version 4.0.1 (there has benn no order on the site since 03/20/2020

I’ll leave this issue (invoice not displaying as attached in the mail log) for now – I don’t want to create test invoices because the invoice numbering sequence will be broken and this can be a problem for accounting.
