now i am a bit confused … the business version says “All Google and Facebook reviews”.
Only in the free version it says “5 Google & 3 Yelp reviews” (https://richplugins.com/business-reviews-bundle-wordpress-plugin)

Found the solution by myself – just go to Testimonials / Form / Settings and then change the respective fields

In the WP backend plugin section, I cannot find this plugin.

And if you look at the screenshot https://pasteboard.co/GVA22ZzbXSmn.jpg, you see the message, that it is closed and cannot be downloaded …

I am very grateful for your answer. I tried this yesterday and unfortunately it did not work. What did work was to uncheck the “Combine JavaScript files”.

It seems like WP Rocket was the plugin which disturbed strong testimonials.
I deactivated it – and then it worked.

I gotta find out what the problem is now, because I want to still use WP Rocket.

addition:
“Start automatically” and “Continuous Sliding” also don′t work.
And in Chrome browser on my Android Smartphone this also doesn′t work …

So only Chrome desktop seems to work like expected …

I just deactivated plugin “WPML Multilingual CMS” temporarily – and the testimonials showed up …
The strange thing is that this plugin has been activated for months, never a problem …
Is this a known issue?

I already found it by myself.

For other people who search the import-functionality: go to EME in WP backend, events.

Then click on the small icon to display the import form.
