Sorry for the late reply.
I can’t seem to find anything in the access logs that points to file uploads being the issue. I can tell you, however, that most of the errors are generated at the exact moment (or slightly after) a GET request is sent to Wordfence, for example:
“GET /?wordfence_lh=1&hid=XXXXX&r=0.YYYYYYY” (removed the values in case those were to contain sensitive information).Hopefully that might point you into the right direction.

Nothing in the Diagnostics is marked in red. However, I’m not sure what’s going wrong with the Diagnostics sent to you by email. There’s only one button on the page to send a report by email. That report is the one we’ve forwarded to you.
We do have opcache enabled. Redis specifically. That gets emptied regularly.
Worth noting that the errors I mentioned previously don’t appear to be happening anymore. Only the ‘Unexpected character in input: ‘ ‘’-error seems to be happening a few times a month (3 times in August, already twice in September.)
