Okay, I thought I had broken something … I had a major issue with files/tables and ended up restoring a backup thinking that I had broken something. I lost an entire days worth of work in a development instance because of it. I had never given the URL a second glance in all of these years (since 2008) until I began troubleshooting my current issue.

Here are three screenshots: the file URL shows wp-content, but when I go to Media on my dashboard the URL changes to wp__admin/upload

Actually, this did not help. There is no reCAPTCHA plugin on my site; rather there is a reCAPTCHA option within the WPforms plugin that may be causing the problem. I have disabled it within the WPforms settings multiple times, but that has not helpled. I have disable the reCaptcha option and created many, many new Duplicator Packages. Each time I have been unable to shake the ERROR: Human verification failed. Please click the square box in the reCAPTCHA block below.

I really cannot isolate what happened; but I was not able to overcome it. I resolved the issue by re-building the table. Everything is working now – very strange.

I removed Ditty News Ticker from the launch page and the display in IE9 remained unchanged. Deactivating it caused the background to re-appear.

I will create a ticker in text as you have directed me to do & get back to you.

Thank you. I have disable the grid option, bu that had no effect, the background still does not display unless I disable Ditty News Ticker, then it appears in IE9.

I have the IP address of the spam that is coming through my Contact 7 form. It appears to be spoofed because I have had it come from China as well as Germany. Would you like for me to submit it?

I have tried three different ways to install it, actually, I thought that I had already installed it months ago. I have tried to do a manual install & update, it failed. I tried to install it via FTP, it failed. It is not visible in my list of plugins, but it is visible in my FTP directory ‘plugins’.

I found it. I didn’t realize that I needed WP Media Category Management installed as well.

As soon as I get acclimated to the news ticker I intend to purchase some of the others that you have created.
