Hi Cais,
This is the shortcode we use:
[ngg_images source=”albums” container_ids=”1″ display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_compact_album” gallery_display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails” galleries_per_page=”0″ enable_breadcrumbs=”1″ enable_descriptions=”0″ override_thumbnail_settings=”0″ thumbnail_width=”240″ thumbnail_height=”160″ thumbnail_crop=”0″ order_by=”sortorder” order_direction=”ASC” returns=”included” maximum_entity_count=”500″]
Hi Cais,
Thanks for the reply!
I tried the steps above three times, but the message ‘no images were found’ is still there unfortunately. Also when I check a anonymous browser.
Any other ideas?
Hi,
We did some more testing and we think it might be due to a plugin we use it with. We use a filter from this plugin: WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter.
In their documentation they mention to use your plugin for the products per page. I’ll also send them an email about this bug.Cheers, Emma
Hi Jeroen,
I tried the case with that setting first on (it was already on), then I tried it off. Both give the same 404 page as result.
Any other ideas?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Products Per Page] Internal Server Error 500Hi,
I sort of have the same issue. The products load and filtering on a number of products visible on the page also works fine. When I try to show all product, the page goes blanc. In the console log I get a 500 Internal Server error. With WP_Debug enable I get this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1846Do you know how to fix this?
