Can you explain in more detail why we need to activate Storefront? And reconnect Stripe? The site is functioning fine at the moment.

I’m getting this error as well using the Pro version of the plugin and Astra theme. Have used the CSS code as a fix for now.

As far as I’m aware, it’s only been put onto products.

Are you able to provide more information?

I had access to phpMyAdmin – but the login didn’t work and it’s now timing out. The host’s website appears to be down too.

It’s also running on https://www.winhost.com – Windows server. In case that makes a difference.

It’s using the Avada theme. I changed the plugin directory to plugins-old via FTP.

I’m receiving the same errors on my website using the Social Publisher feature. The blog post updated my Facebook book page the first time I published a post after adding the plugin, but with my most recent blog post I still got the errors and the post did not show up on the Facebook page as a link.

I’ve tried using the sort images option which is a drag and drop – but it seems a little hard to use and pictures don’t always move… is there a trick to this sorting that I have not figured out? Thanks

Thank you thank you thank you! I thought I was going mad. I run a photo blog and everything is 640px – I uploaded the graphic 4 times before looking for a solution. I edited the media.php file as suggested above and it worked perfectly.

Also recently purchased off Gootix (PayBox). Service is slow to say the least. Still waiting after 10 days for domain license to be validated.
