On the vehicle’s post page itself, on the right side you will see areas to add tags for condition, body style and location. Type in the tags you want to use.

I’m having the same issue.

I’m using a Huawei, android version 4.1.1, I’ve tried Mozilla /5.0, Android 4.1.1 mobile Safari/534.30 and Chrome for Mobile. I have no idea what my client is using.

Tried some settings using Handbrake that was suggested on another jw player support forum. Still not playing right.

Okay, I found another support forum that gave some settings to use for problems with viewing on a smartphone. So, I tried those settings. At least now I can play the video on my phone, although my phone browser keeps freezing. Don’t know if the client can see it though, yet. Gotta get some sleep…….

I tried re-encoding the one and it still does not work on the phone. To be honest I tried a few different settings, one of them being a H.264 setting. I am not knowledgeable enough about video and encoding, so I really don’t know what to do next. Client tells me she can hear the audio of her videos but can’t see the videos on her phone. I just can’t fix this.

Any other ideas?

Another update. I disabled the responsive theme I was using as well as the child theme and used the default twentyfourteen theme in the phpmyadmin. Still cannot login to the site administrative area.

Any suggestions, anyone?

An update to this. I have disabled all plugins one at a time by renaming them. Then tried to login. No luck. I disabled my theme by doing the same and I get an error about the front page not showing.

I’m still working on this.

I decided to go with this plugin instead. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/compact-wp-audio-player/

Not as fancy as the other, but it works in WP 3.8.1

I’m having the same issue. I would be nice to get a response. I’ve checked and double checked the URL to the file. Still File Not Found.

I have a child theme and ended up modifying the single.php file by taking out the get side bar code and save this single.php file in my child theme folder.

Of course this will affect all blog pages, which this doesn’t matter to me.
