I have the same issue. I’ve done the configuration according to your documentation, but the dropdown of the submenu is still not showing up.

Thank you for your request. Unfortunately some files got lost when I first committed the plugin to the WordPress repository. I updated some files and the readme. Please try it again and let me know if it works for you.

If not, please let me know which WordPress version, php version, etc. you are using. This is an early version of the plugin. I want to include more features and also languages of course in the future;-).
