Here is the response from the Pipedrive Support regarding the new leads should go to Deals View not as Contacts –

I’ve went through it with the specialised team however just to mention the Landing page web form is an integration build by a third party developer, we do not have any visibility over the configuration, settings or options available here and this is out of our scope.

We will do our utmost to help you as much as possible, but it may be more effective to reach out to the developers directly. This is important because again we do not know what all settings are available in the integration and we would have to rely on the information shared by you to assist you further.
