If you go to https://educateher.ca/get-involved/ and click on “Apply Here” under “Lead Instructor”, the page will load and it will take you to the form page.

Once you are on the form page, try changing the drop-down to anything and you will see that the no fields are showing up even though the conditions are met.

Now go back to https://educateher.ca/get-involved/ and click on “Apply Here” under “Curriculum development”, the page will open in a new window and it will take you to the same form page (it is simply opening in a new window) and there you will see that everything is working fine.

So I was wondering if there is some issue with the conditions itself where the fields are not showing when the form loads on the same page as opposed to the fields showing up when the same form opens in a new window.

Update: If I set have the form page to open in a new window after button click, the issue goes away. But if I keep it in the same window, the issue still exists.

Hi,

The secureserver.net email addresses is being blocked by various companies out there and Jotform would be one of them. I heard similar complains from GoDaddy users as well.

In order to unblock it, you might have to ask Jotform support to do it. I’m afraid they’ll be able to help. But the fact that jotform is working with your personal email address proves that there is nothing wrong with jotform and it’s the email address that is causing the issue.

secureserver.net, is your domain provider SMTP shared server.

1. You can change the email delivery address in jotforms (if you’re still using it). You cannot change it in WP as jotform plugin is integrating into WP.
2. That’s the only location you need to change the email address (jotforms)
3. In jotforms, you can include multiple email addresses as shown here: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

If you’re using contact form 7, the procedure is something else.

I’ve used Jotform in the past and the emails should arrive ontime (typically within a few seconds)
If emails are not coming, I recommend changing the delivering email address.
Try it out with your personal email and see if it makes any difference.
I stopped using jotform after I came to know about contact form 7 plugin.
Have you tried using that?

I have the same issue. My form is 5 steps and the email shows me only the content from Step 5. I don’t see anything from Step 1 – Step 4 in my email. I hope admin can look into my issue as well along with you. Here is my ticket:

Just to make sure, I hope you’ve entered tags for multi-step form at the end of each form, something like [multistep “1-2”]

Sorry. I was getting that error message because I was testing the form with random data input and contact form 7 was considering the information as spam. That’s why it was not going to the second page. But when I entered proper information in the form, the error message was gone.

However, I’m still not able to receive complete form results. You can view all the 5 forms here. As you suggested, all the forms have got proper tags at the end of each form:

Hi,

Based on one of the tutorials on YouTube, I was using the tag [hidden step “1-5”] to [hidden step “5-5”] on each and every form. Will this work?

I tried using [multistep “1-5”] to [multistep “5-5”] on every form and now it says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

Do you want me to send you the WordPress login credentials? If yes, then where as this forum doesn’t accept private messages.
