Sorry to hijack your thread, but I have just downloaded the POPIA plugin. Basically doing the setup on the free version. It seems to be ok so far, but when tested on mobile the popup does seem to have an issue where it does not disappear after having clicked the “Accept cookies” button.
I am also a bit confused with the process of validating people who request their personal data. I’m using Ninja Forms to allow people to upload their Picture and ID as validation but how do you know that ID belongs to that person and How do we validate the ID that it is in fact the right person before handing over the data? Thanks, Mike

MikeOk Ninja forms service has been great, and finally, I received an answer from Sprout. The outcome is that they need to check with developers of code to see if multiple line items can be used. I wait in bated breath. ??
Thanks for your great feedback and insight. I have written to sprout and am hoping they will help resolve this issue. If not I’ll be moving on and have to ask for a refund as I have paid for their pro version. In the meantime, I’ll start having a look at what you have suggested.
Hi I must say that I am experiencing similar issues with Ninja and Sprout Integration. I have found the fields to be very sensitive when linking them through the Email & Actions create Estimate or Invoices. In the sprout video, it says we need to train sprout invoices on how to recognize the ninja fields. I have tried many different ways to get sprout to recognize the fields like First Name, Last Name etc, however, have only been successful in pulling through Invoice number using a short code, Business Name and single calculation on a single line item. This dispite selecting the correct filed names in the sprout list. After setting up the Calculation in Advanced section of Ninja I was hoping that multiple calculated fields would populate the form displaying each line item and presenting a total however have been unable to do this as Sprout integration only allows you to select the name of one line item and not multiple line items. I am getting very frustrated by the slow and low level of support by sprout even though I paid for their pro version, I really would have expected more. I have also tried using the Meta Data to link field data as you have but have been unsuccessful. I have resorted to setting up Zapier in the hope that I could finally pull these fields through however have hit a roadblock as sprout Invoices is not communicating correctly with Zapier. I have also sent numerous requests for support to sprout which I find very poor, with my last request about Zapier 3 days Ago. I did receive an answer to say that they would test it out on their side to see what the problem is but “no-name” sprout support has yet to come back to me. This has been going on for weeks and I find that, what was supposed to be a simple process as advertised in their videos has become a nightmare. It would be nice if sprout could offer a level of service to their paying clients to at least access my WordPress to problem solve the issue. What makes it worse is that Ninja forms punt companies like this as a great solution. On the flip side, I do find that the ability to create a great workflow to invoicing would be a great solution and from the bits and pieces, I have managed to trigger really look good. It would be great to get some finalization on this and if Sprout could come to top the party. @dancameron
