In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Changes to “body text” not taking hold. This is probably because your email template is copied to the themes folder.
Hi there,
You are right. I see this issue had occured after i updated the theme to the latest version. All of a sudden there are images in the invoices and the customer emails are also messed up. I will contact the theme developer for this. Not sure what you mean with the code? It’s just standard woocommerce.
Here is the site: https://www.allaz.nl
Will that help?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer] Body text on email not changingProblem solved.
For the body text, the theme was overriding the email template. So i had to change the text in the theme.
For the translation, the name of the po file was wrong.Problem solved after updating to version v.2.2.4.2

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Specific server settings?Hi there,
I figured it out. I had to do with the filename. The file was called themename_nl_NL.po
but it was supposed to be called themename_nl_NL_formal.po. In this specific case, it was besa-nl_NL.po VS besa-nl_NL_formal.po
Got the clue when u deleted the file and wanted to upload it again. So case closed ??
Thanks.

In reply to: [Loco Translate] Specific server settings?Hi there,
First of all, sorry for the late answer. I was waiting for your reply but I didn’t get an email about it. when I decided to take a look on the forum, I did see you answered. So excuse me for that.I have made a details video of the situation
Here you can see the difference between the live site ( where it’s not working) and the staging site ( where it is working, after deleting the translation and starting over).
Now I don’t want to start over on the live site, so I hope you can get some clues to what might be set up wrong from the video I made.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add to cart button not workingHi There,
Sorry. I thought i had already replied to this ticket. The problem was indeed a caching issue. Although my caching plugin was diabled, it was somehow still being cached on the server/hosting. After upgrading some hosting software, all works fine now. Thanks for the tips.
