We offer many different themes with different layouts. For example, classic, compact, minimal, material, dark, fun, and professional themes. We’re also constantly working on adding new themes and keeping the existing themes up to date.

The colors can be modified by customizing the theme you choose. You can choose any color. You can also customize various other aspects including the logo, header image, fonts, etc.

We’ll be reaching out to you via email to discuss the custom user profile field synchronization with WordPress. That’s a great idea! We’re always looking for ways to improve the plugin.

When you install the plugin, it should automatically save your website’s log in page and sign up addresses (URLs) in the Settings -> Single Sign On section of your Website Toolbox account. That way users always sign up and log in on your website and not on the forum. They’re automatically logged in to the forum when they log in on your website. There are some cases where our plugin can’t automatically detect those URLs. In those cases, you can specify the URLs yourself in the Settings -> Single Sign On section.

You don’t have to buy and maintain expensive servers, software, backup solutions, etc. We do all the work, so you can reap all the rewards. You can easily use your current domain name for the forum and customize your forum to match your website layout. Our WordPress plugin also allows you to easily embed the forum into a page of your WordPress website. This makes Website Toolbox completely invisible to your users!

I understand. Thanks again for the feedback.

Based on your feedback, pricing information has been added to the WordPress plugin page.

On the new version of the WordPress plugin page, the FAQ items are shown on the main plugin page. So we’re waiting for that to be updated by WordPress. For some reason they aren’t showing all the FAQs on the main page yet.

We’ll also be adding it to our WordPress landing page shortly. Our designers are working on it.

Thanks for your feedback! We’re definitely not trying to do any type of bait and switch here. In the plugin setup instructions, we ask that you create an account on our website. Our pricing information is displayed in the main navigation of our website and when you create your account, it also immediately states that it’s a free trial.

Although, if you thought it was free, then of course it’s not clear enough! Again, thanks for your feedback. We’ll be updating our wordpress information page on our website to make it clear that we’re a paid service.

1. Yes, Website Toolbox Forums allow you to create user groups and assign detailed permissions to each user group for the whole forum or for individual categories in the forum.

2. The feature of emailing all posts to forum members is currently in development and should be available within one month. In the meantime, members can be notified of posts by following/subscribing to a category. It’s as simple as clicking a Follow button in the category. Additionally, a weekly digest email is automatically sent to the user when they haven’t visited the forum in one week. The email contains a summary of all the top discussions taking place that week.

3. There is currently no way to reply to a post or post to the forum via email. That is a feature we’re working on and expect it to be available within 6 months.
