You may want to relook at your plugin page and see if there’s any plugin that relates to cache so that you can clear it / uninstall it.
If you can’t find any, I suggest you can contact your hosting and have them check for you this issue.

I believe woocommerce is more for websites that want to show categories of products in an online store format.

I have seen your sign up form. One way I can thought of is you can look into the form plugin that you are using. Some form plugin comes with subscription addon that you can add to it so that customers can pay you after they submit the form.

For example, the following is an addon for contact form 7 to accept recurring payment – https://wpplugin.org/downloads/contact-form-7-recurring-payments-pro/

In most cases, it won’t make changes to the website frontend but it really depends on the theme. I suggest you do a backup before installing woocommerce.

I suspect that the ajax and css loading has been disabled:

define ( 'WPCF7_LOAD_JS', false ); 
define ( 'WPCF7_LOAD_CSS', false );

You can try checking your wp-config file and see if the above codes are present. If so, you can delete (or comment) them so that you can see the normal behavior of the button. Hope this helps.

From what I see, it could be just some text typed inside one of your widgets. have you checked all footer widgets on this? In such cases, deleting contact form 7 plugin won’t help to make the text disappear.

Are you using your server’s default mail server? And are you using shared hosting?

If so, I suggest you can use a dedicated mail server for prompt email sending. I use sendinblue but there are many others that you can google and find out more.
