Thank you for your reply, I have removed the [ ] parameter but it is still not showing the ‘Show Slideshow’ description. The shortcode is now:

Thank you for your reply. I just added a * behind the select in the HTML but it still don’t allow me to save the [your-recipient] in the TO mail template. May I know did I miss out something?
The error is still the same – Invalid mailbox syntax is used.
Appreciate if you can assist further.

And it says that I should use [your-recipient] in the mail template but I used it and it still showing the same error…

I am using the latest version of the Ninja Forms plugins. I have done the export manually and the CSV file contains all the information.. this is so strange.. any thoughts on this?

1. The values show up in the email itself.
2. This CSV file is generated as an email attachment.Hope these information helps.

Thank you for the help. So does that means I just need to insert the $order_id into the tacking codes? My tacking codes looks like that:

So I can just replace the <ORDER_ID> with $order_id above?
