Install the wp-clone plug-in on the new site. It is the only plug-in you require.
At the old site: Open wp-clone from the dashboard – NOT the installed plug-ins list.
You will see the URLs of the backup(s) you have created for the site.
If you haven’t created one, now is the time to do it.
Click on “Copy URL” at the right end of the backup name you want to move. It will be copied to your clipboard.
At the new site, open wp-clone from the dashboard.
Click on the “Restore from URL” radio button.
Paste the backup URL into the text box.
Click on the “I AGREE …” checkbox.
Click on the BIG yellow “Restore from URL” button.
That’s it!
