To find your Associate Tag you simply log into your Affiliate Account. On the left you will find a box where it says “Tracking ID”, this is what you need. Or simply follow this link: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/network/your-account/manage-tracking-ids.html

thanks for your question. We are searching for the error. Do you know a bit PHP? Can you upload a file which contains this code:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>

and execute this script. This will tell you some information about your PHP-Installation. Can you send us the section “SOAP”, so we have some necessary information, we need to find the problem.

do you mean the Icon in the Dashboard-Bar of WP? At the moment I use 20×20 Pixels, not 28px. Sorry, I saw your post to late, I would have changed it in 0.9.2. Will change it with the next release to 18 Pixels. Thanks for your hint.
