Page-list works with latest WordPress and latest PHP versions.
And page-list plugin does not work with custom post types.

I added the iframe you posted to test it and I got this error in the console:

Refused to display ‘https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.

That means that the author of the clients.mindbodyonline.com website does not allow it to be embedded in another websites.

I am glad you found the plugin helpful.

You can remove the link by editing the source code of the plugin.
Keep in mind that the next plugin’s update will override that change.
If you want to prevent future plugin updates you may simply change the plugin version to 100 or something similar.
