No specific errors in the changlog in this particular case

We had some problems before with the renamer on the same site, it generated errors on an import tool. No idea what these 2 had to do with eachother. But after deactivating renamer the import succeded and no errors where in the log anymore. Don’t know if you recent fix was about such problems.

I checked server error log and switched on media filerenamer log, but no errors in both.

Maybe some conflicts with some plugins? Although it is a rather basic site, we manage serveral of this site.

Looks like this is the solution.
Other titles which i searched for and returned no results were words listed in the stop words.

Since i did not fill these words myself, how does relevanssi fill these stops words?

I actually tested this with a dummy word and found out that the search found this page/product

Did some further testing and found out that i can not search only parts of words, for example if the search is “hand” it wil not find products with the word “hands”
The standard search from WP is doing this.

Knowing all this i activated fuzzy matching to “always”, which was only activated on no results. Looks like this could be the solution

Same problem here, error only occurred in Edge browser en not in Chrome or Firefox.

Had disable rest api plugin installed, after deactivating it all works well.

Prior to version 4.8 i’m not aware of this problem.

We experience on several sites the same behaviour

I checked the console on errors and it came up with the following:

tools.php?page=useradminsimplifier%2Fuseradminsimplifier.php:38
Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: “https://xyz/basic/wp-admin/tools.php?page=useradminsimplifier%2Fuseradminsimplifier.php”.

Already starting the tool gives this error in the console. as choosing an user and saving too.

The latest wordpress is used. only some basic plugins activated like contact form 7 and yoast seo.

Thanks Kimberly, this seems to work.
the minified css is inserted right at the place of the tag in the header.php.

Any idea what causes this effect? I manage 30+ wordpress websites and never saw this before.

Today i also encountered this problem, all minified css is before the doctype declaration.

This is no valid html and causes problems.

Anybody wo had this problem or solved it in the meantime?

Tried that without luck. disabled all plugins execept toolkit ver 3.1

Is there something else we could test?
