    Hello there,

those templates are for Webyx for Elementor, not for Webyx for Gutenberg, and are not for the Free version anyway. You need the Webyx Pro for Elementor plugin version to be able to use them.

If you need any specific further information please contact us directly and not via this forum that is for the Free version only.

    Hi,

at the moment you could create a Footer using directly the last Slide of your structure. It will be a fullscreen/entire layout that you need to customize aestethically to achieve something similar.

In our demos you could see an example: https://demo.webyx.it/#info

Having said that we will consider to implement a built-in solution for the footer element in the future.

    Hello there,

the 2022 theme is a block based theme and not a PHP one like Webyx.

We have published a video where we show a procedure to follow to make this work also on 2022 to 2024 themes (2021 or previous ones work without having to follow the steps in the video).

    Here is the video:

In the video description you will also find a quick explanation.

    Hi,

thanks for your kind words, really appreciated them.

As for your question, we have done some tests on Elementor with a demo website with entrance animations: some of the built-in Elementor’s animations (such as Fade, Zoom, and similars) don’t work as expected as you said.

Slide in animation types seem to work well instead.

Unfortunately those are Elementor’s built-in features that we don’t have control on: some combinations are worst of others and maybe need custom code to be managed.

    Hi,

we don’t have plans for a WPBakery version at the moment or in the immediate future (but never say never).

    Hello there,

    thanks for contacting us.

We have just had a quick look to your link for your situation.

To make your page work correctly you have to set the template page as “webyx pro”.

You can find this step and its explanation in the plugin webguide:

    https://webyx.it/#template-design

We would like to remind you that you should contact us directly through the appropriate email for Pro related questions (View Type/View Settings set to “full width” is a Pro feature only).

We hope to have been of some help, and for further questions please contact us directly since as a Pro user you have a privileged channel with the Team.

    Our best regards,

    The Webineer Team

Just checked the website again now and it works perfectly, so probably that was a problem caused by a not fresh and regenerated cache.

Thanks for the report. Watching the image linked it is possible to see that in the custom code are present a number of characters (“n”) that don’t belong logically to the code.

Maybe some sort of new line, line break, etc?

We agree with you: the duplicator plugin could do something like that.

Unfortunately we have no control over other plugins and combinations of plugins, so we don’t have much more to say.

    Hello there!

We will surely consider something as you suggested, maybe a little different like the possibility to insert custom CSS class(es) to the header without adding further wrappers. You will see that in one of the future updates.

    Thank you for your suggestion!

    Hello there,

we are currently in your website you linked to us and… everything works fine both in desktop (mousescrolling and keyboard navigating) and in mobile (swiping down and laterally when there are adjacent Slides).

Try to clean your browser’s cache and try again, sometimes wordpress needs a little time to make changes effective.

    Let us know.

    Hi,

could you please tell us the plugin version number and if you are using the Free one standalone or together with the Pro?

Looking at your link in the page there is written “never mind I figured out”: we are a bit confused, it’s a message to tell us you have found what was going on, or it’s the real wording of the page and we shall investigate further?

    Hi,

1 month and 1 week passed without having received any further information, picture, video, as requested from the thread author, and no other similar situation from other users, to show us what was reported and to try, if necessary, to investigate any anomalies.

We believe that what is written is a possibly exclusive matter for this user and that, without being able to actually verify what is claimed, we cannot do much.

For this reason the topic is closed.

    Hi @vovastik ,

let us know if you can send us the materials previously asked for, so we can have a look.

    Hi,

where do you deduce that it is our Webyx that creates conflict with the tooltip plugin?

Can you send us a link to a page to examinate and investigate it?

We have tried to install a couple of the pluginsmentioned and we didn’t get the 100px wide mentioned.

As a disclaimer, it is impossible to know if and when one of the thousands of plugins in WordPress could or could not create any conflicts, so please when opening threads always link pages and prepare images and videos showing the situation, it really really helps to understand.

    Best regards.
