I thought I’d let people know this has been sorted by outputting the javascript in the Disqus plugin to the bottom of the page.

There is an option to do this in the Disqus plugin settings which wasn’t worded very well and wasn’t that obvious, well to me anyway ??

All sorted. I put in an if statement within the title tag in the header.php file and unchecked the force rewrite titles box.

We have the same issues with our sitemap. We use both NextGen and WordPressSEO so looking at the posts above I presume it’s a problem between the two plugins.

Any idea if this problem will be fixed soon Joost?
