OK, I had this problem and it was driving me crazy, one minute my feeds were working and the next… not. I did everything in wordpress I could think of… Settings -> Reading -> 3 and also marked it Summary. Still no good… THEN, I went to Feedburner and I told it to summarize. It’s on the Optimize tab at the bottom called, Summary Burner. SO Far… so good.
