Deactivate your Comment Redirect plugin.
That worked for me.
Not sure if it’s that plugin in combo with another but I just deactivated ALL plugins, reactivated one by one, in between reactivating each one I cleared my cache, revisited the site and left a comment… until I found the plugin that was causing the issue.
