The same issue here. Shortly after getting the same error as karlmann, I was unable to add pro library items. In the settings it says I am activated, but it cannot reach the library services.
“Elementor Library: Not connected (HTTP Error (503))”
Following the activation link, I find that many of the URLs associated with elementor to be reporting “Service Unavailable”
Not real sure what the issue is, but best guess would be that elementors hosting provider is having some equipment issues.
