Oh I forgot, when I paste the link to Facebook it works without any issues, it’s just when I use the mashare share buttons so its the plugin that has an error perhaps.

We’re from the Philippines. I hope it will be fixed soon as we have a lot of traffic coming to our site, Facebook share is a must. By the way it seems like it’s only Facebook that’s having an issue other share buttons are working pretty well.

Hi, I just checked my site and it happens I am having the same problem on desktop? The share plugin doesn’t work and shows “content not available” I am using the pro version. I thought the “cookie consent” plugin has something to do with this so I deleted it bit still the mashare is not working well.

I’m having the same issue I just published a new article but the featured image doesnt show up instead it sets another image from the post, this works normally before

BTW I love the newest update of Mashare.

i manage to fix it by deleting the .htaccess file. Now it’s working fine

i have encountered that hacking recently, i have to manually edited the files, delete all plugins, and reinstall wordpress it’s all over php files.

on my WP Content → uploads → i found a folder named “wysija” with an index.html in it, but it has no codes just blank.

There is no index.html on my root, but i’ll keep on looking on other folders. I’ll update you when i see something suspicious.

to mod: the reason i am here asking for help is because i can’t fix the hack.

PS:

i am manually deleting those files last week and i manage to clean it and my site is up an running again. After a few days those codes came back and my site was crashed again.
