Yes, ,I did follow the screen shots and the guide, but when I click on the apps it takes me right to my faebook page .
And it does not have the option for me to select the create an app, so am I missing something ?? Did I skip a step or not install something?

Ok I went to my custom menu and I selected the post to apply to the page I wanted but its doing something funny can you look at the Eat tab on top

I do have custom menus already
