Free version have the capabilities to connect unlimited forms, please do confirm that you have
– Entered the SheetName, SheetID, TabName and TabID correctly
– Make sure you have entered the exact field names correctly.

and much appreciated that you like the plugin, and found it easy to setup.

In the older version of the plugin, there was a sudden issue from google, as while authentication, it was showing an App Authentication Error
Therefore we have released a latest Version 5.0.14 and this requires to re-authenticate with google!

For multisite network, you must have to simply re-authenticate with google on each site, as google provides the auth code and we could not use this auth code for all the sites, as per the google guidelines and security point of view, Also auth code gets expired and renew again if found a secured connection through authentication process only.
So please authenticate with google, it will take 20 seconds for each site to auth.

Can you confirm you are using the 3.4.21 plugin version of WPForms Google Sheet Connector?
Make sure you have authenticated with google along with drive and sheets permissions, and verify that sheet is located in the same google account, from which you have authenticated so it has permissions to read and write.

Also, check the debug view error on Integration tab, and let me know if showing any error

At last, enable the debug log from wp-config.php and then let us know with errors.

Thanks for getting in touch,

We’re not managing anything with the email, we are using the submission hook, so that after form submission, data will be sent to google sheet,

Can you deactivate this plugin for a while and fill the form and check if issue exists, and then activate the plugin, configure the form with appropriate sheet and then fill the form and check and let us know.

Also, please make sure SMTP is set to ON from your host, either you can use WPSMTP plugin and configure it, which helps to send the email.
Also confirm with the email you have configured with the form is correct, and check the email spam/junk folder as well to make sure emails are received or not!
