No, submissions are first trashed and then you can either permanently delete a individual or bulk submissions or you can click “Empty Trash” to delete everything in the trash folder.
This support forum is for WS Form LITE, not for WS Form PRO.
I responded to your support ticket yesterday. I was not fully clear on what you are asking but attempted to respond with a solution. If you need additional assistance, please reply to the email with further clarification about what you need the form to do, I’ll be happy to help!
Many thanks
Mark

Hi Owen
There is a problem with the page on the URL you provided that is unrelated to WS Form. If you view the source code you’ll see it is not rendering beyond an h4 tag in the sidebar. Because of this, the WordPress footer is not rendering and that is causing WS Form to not render fully, along with other features of your site.
I hope this helps!
Mark

@jimtorarp this has been fixed in version 1.10.8.
Thanks for your kind feedback! I think this might have been intended as a review rather than a support ticket?
Hi @huubl
Nice idea, but that wouldn’t work in practice for us as our LITE and PRO editions share the same codebase.
Many thanks for the suggestion though.
