Hi miclovin,
If you set the Firewall to “Learning Mode’ then try it, hopefully it will pick it up automatically and whitelist it.
Wordfence does respect constants used for preventing caching that other plugins set, such as “DONOTCACHEPAGE”. So it is possible, since there is a cart widget, that the plugin has set the constant to not cache the page. Changing the theme, or disabling the widget, might be a good place to start testing.
Hi Allm,
Thanks for the feedback. This appears to be a bug and we have an internal case number of FB2734. We will get it worked out ASAP.
Hi alextech,
I am unfamiliar with MyRepono, but whitelisting the IPs typically is good enough. However, there are cases where the other options are needed. Have you been able to test whether it is working with the IPs whitelisted?
You might also try putting the Wordfence Firewall in “Learning Mode” and testing without the IPs listed. It is possible that Wordfence has flagged those operations as dangerous and blocked them. However if you put the firewall into Learning Mode it should see that those actions are safe and no longer block them.
Hi charmedchicken,
What makes you think Wordfence is blocking it? If you disable Wordfence are you seeing the google tracking image?
Hi linux4me2,
Is there anything else caching the site? Are you using a CDN of any kind? What is your server OS?
Hi cwdv,
I am not 100% sure if I follow what you are saying. But I will try and answer your questions.
I am also curious to know, if you scan the root site on a shared server, does it accurately scan all of my other sites on that shared server? Will the root site scan results for the additional sites be the same as an individual scan on the other non-root sites?
Wordfence wasn’t designed to scan multiple domains at the same time. If I understand your setup, you have a WordPress install on your root, and then addon domains from there in site.com folders. Wordfence will scan through them for known malicious patterns, but on the other domains, I do not think it will accurately compare core, theme or plugin files to their official repos.
Let me know if that answers your question.
Since you are having the same issue with another security plugin, it is possible you are running out of memory. Check your error logs and see if that shows any information that might help us out.
Hi nnikolov,
Enable “Debugging Mode” at the bottom of the Diagnostics page and run the scan again. This may show us something for the site that is having issues. You also might do the same thing on one of the sites that seems better and compare the two.
Hi David,

Hi Sue,
I am not sure this will help in your situation, but we have added a feature in the latest version of Wordfence for low resource scanning. On the Wordfence Options page try enabling “Use low resource scanning. Reduces server load by lengthening the scan duration.”
Let me know if that seems to help.

Hi tastymouse,
Every now and then users have reported this as an issue, but it usually goes away in a day or two. If it doesn’t, let me know.
If it reinstalls successfully after deleting the Wordfence plugin folder, you may not have to do the manual firewall removal. However, if your site goes down after reinstall attempt, it is more than likely the firewall and you will have to do the manual firewall removal. If you don’t feel comfortable doing that I would contact your web hosting provider. Hopefully it will not come to that.
Let me know how it goes.
