Okay, we‘re getting closer: In one of my reusable blocks I do use the elevation shortcode. As I am using this reusable block as a template for my standard tour blog post the gpx argument is empty [elevation gpx=““]. Obviously the main bug in the plugin, how it handles this empty argument. As soon as it is empty, I save the post and try to reopen it for edit, I get the following error ?No gpx track!“. If I fill the argument in my reusable block, they reappear in the editor.

I get the same error “Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function leafext_enqueue_elevation()” still with the current version 2.01 when trying to edit a post with the elevation shortcode in it.
I don’t use the Elementor plugin and yet haven’t found out which plugin is causing the conflict.
A rollback to v1.5 solves the problem.

I can recommend the plugin WP Rollback to easily revert back to the previous version (I had to deactivate WP GPX Maps first to be able to work with my WordPress installation properly). All GPX uploads will be unharmed but I’ve lost all plugin settings (like track color and icon customization).

Same for me. I find this quite annoying. Also since the switch to reCaptcha v3 I receive several spam mails per day from my contact form, seems to have no effect.

Thanks for the quick help. For the time being I’ve deactivated the WP-Piwik stats bar from the admin bar which caused the trouble.

I have the same problem since the latest update with the WordPress iOS-App and the NextGEN Gallery Export Lightroom plugin. If I work with one of these, I get locked out due to many bad login attempt -but login credentials are correct. If I temporarily whitelist my IP, both the WP app and the LR plugin work but the iThemes Security logs are full of “Invalid Login Attempt” and “Host or User Lockout” Messages for my IP.
Seems to me like a bug in the current version for xmlrpc access.

@photocrati – I think there is some misunderstanding. In the 1.9.x versions the album thumbs always had the size you’ve defined generally in the options panel, yes you couldn’t define them separately. But with 2.0.x they always have the the dimensions 91×68 independent from your setting…

*For individual styles, 2.0.7 should be reading them out of your theme directory, but you can also now add them to wp-content/ngg_styles/nggallery.css and they’ll read from there. We are moving from theme folder to wp-content because the theme folder actually isn’t that safe if you a) upgrade your theme or b) change themes.

I have a nggallery.css in my (child) theme directory as well as some additional templates, but they keep to be ignored. I also tried to copy them into wp-content/ngg_styles with no change at all.

*For the Lightbox effects, we did resolve that and I just checked some instances to confirm. It should be the last item in the list of lightbox options at Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects.

The option was definitely not in the list.

*For broken thumbs for your galleries, can you confirm that you’ve selected thumbnails for those albums? Just go to Gallery > Manage Albums, select the album then click edit and confirm that an image is set as the preview image.

Yes, and tried to reselect them but with no change. There is also a difference to not selecting an album thumb. In this case it shows only the alt text, the bug leads to a broken image symbol to be displayed in the browser.

I have no idea on the resized album thumbs. That one’s new and we don’t use settings like 91X68 anywhere. If you can send us a link that would be great. You can also submit it as a bug report: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/

I’m pretty sure that I read about this in another support thread. I can’t show you this on my main site (www.longroad.de), because I’ve already rolled back to 1.9.13.
I’ve got another site with a quite fresh install and 2.0.7 running (www.markus-wahl.de). It has got the same issue (and more) but I can’t send you a link either because any link leads back to the start page (even when I hit the save button in the options dialogue) – same as here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/bug-also-in-207-reset-all-options-to-default-settings?replies=1.

NGG 2.07 is still a mess and far away from ready for live sites. I’m sorry, but I’m not available for alpha testing.
